Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Public Affairs, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Affairs, Community Relationships, Public Relations, Communications, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, community organizations, government entities, or media representatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
• Acting as a liaison between Baker Hughes and community partners to support engagement initiatives and strengthen corporate reputation.
• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach programs, charitable giving initiatives, and corporate social responsibility activities.
• Serving as a company spokesperson for local media inquiries and assisting with public-facing communications efforts.
• Monitoring community, government, and stakeholder issues that may impact business operations and recommending appropriate engagement strategies.
• Advising business leaders and functional teams on public affairs, community relations, and communication best practices.
• Leading or contributing to cross-functional projects focused on communications, stakeholder engagement, and community investment initiatives.
• Managing multiple communication and community engagement priorities while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and reporting requirements.
