Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Psychological Operations Planner to support national security missions through irregular warfare expertise. The role involves planning, coordinating, and integrating PSYOP activities with interagency partners and allies under TS/SCI eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate PSYOP qualification required.
  • 3–10 years experience in planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives.
  • Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
  • Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners and stakeholders.
  • Integrates PSYOP with other domains to ensure synchronized outcomes.
  • Supports media campaign planning and execution with approved efforts.
  • Leverages analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment.
  • Advises leaders on PSYOP risks and effects, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers.
