Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course.
• 3–10 years' experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 5 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, military decision‑making, joint targeting, or campaign planning.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with CI Poly.
• Degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science or related field.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives, aligning influence efforts with commander intent and campaign goals.
• Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis to improve credibility and effectiveness.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and vendors.
• Integrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects, ensuring synchronized influence outcomes across domains.
• Supports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging and targeting with approved media and strategic communications.
• Leverages government and commercial analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment.
• Advises planners and senior leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and effects, ensuring legal and operational soundness.
• Delivers executive/senior level briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers to gain approval of concepts and plans.
