Modivcare is seeking a Provider Relations Manager III in Edison, NJ to nurture large-scale transportation provider relationships and oversee transportation execution across all modes. You will drive performance against safety, on-time metrics, and Perfect Trip targets, while collaborating with operations to improve processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and LSI software. Up to 70% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five (5) plus years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve challenges.
• Customer service mindset with commitment to a positive experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Knowledge of LSI proprietary software.
• Familiarity with multiple aspects of non-emergency transportation brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Manages transportation execution across all modes within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Manages transportation provider relationships at local and regional levels.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement through ongoing provider communications.
• Conducts training sessions for providers and staff on policies and systems.
• Drives performance across safety, on-time delivery, reroutes, compliance, and provider metrics.
• Partners with Operations leadership to drive process improvements and reduce issues.
• Uses data across systems to identify root causes and resolve transportation issues.
• Escalates issues requiring cross-functional input and senior leadership.
• Supports safety and compliance initiatives to ensure a safe environment.
• Creates solutions and mentors others to improve the provider network.
• Identifies and develops strategies for provider performance management and training.
• Manages projects to ensure milestones are met.
• Identifies and drives process improvements for carrier service and technology.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in provider relations.
• Travel up to 70% to meet providers and attend events.
