SCA Health, part of Optum, is seeking a Recruiter to partner with practice, clinical, finance and operations leaders to build a high-performing talent pipeline across our ambulatory network.

You will own proactive recruitment, stakeholder communication, onboarding outcomes, and retention strategies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and leveraging CRM and project tools to meet staffing goals.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or related field.
• Experience in provider relations, onboarding, concierge services, customer success, project management, or healthcare operations is desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with providers and executives.
