Carbon Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiting Manager to lead the provider recruiting program, aligning with clinical leaders to ensure a steady pipeline of clinicians. You will own strategy, processes, systems, reporting, and vendor relationships to drive efficient, scalable recruiting across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Medical, Operations, Credentialing, and Marketing to strengthen recruitment capabilities and support organizational growth in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider recruiting strategy to support current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to forecast provider demand and prioritize recruiting efforts.
• Monitor clinician labor market trends and recommend strategies to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Design and continuously improve provider recruiting processes and workflows.
• Establish recruiting standards, service levels, and operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate recruiting activities across operations, medical leadership, credentialing, onboarding, and external recruiting partners.
• Own and optimize the provider recruiting technology ecosystem, including the applicant tracking system, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure recruiting performance and support workforce planning.
