MERIT HEALTH RIVER REGION is seeking a Director of Provider Outreach to lead strategic engagement with providers, community partners, and EMS/agencies. You will align outreach activities with market strategies and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive service line growth and improved access to care.

The role requires building strong relationships, utilizing data insights, and coordinating cross-functional teams across hospital leadership, PPS and ACO partners to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or seven years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads outreach activities to develop relationships with providers, ancillary sites, acute care sites, and community partners.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to plan and execute strategic service line growth initiatives using data to identify opportunities and track progress.
• Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach objectives aligned with market strategies and KPI tracking.
• Conducts outreach to providers and EMS/post-acute care facilities to promote collaboration and growth opportunities.
• Ensures timely documentation of provider interactions in the PRM system and supports reporting.
