Job summary

Soleo Health, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, Provider Networks to build and manage relationships with IPAs, medical groups, MSOs, and hospitals to expand market access for specialty pharmacy and infusion services.

The role collaborates with Sales, Payor Relations, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to implement contracts, drive referral growth, and improve patient access across assigned markets. Strong knowledge of provider networks and risk-based models is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare industry experience in provider relations, healthcare sales, network development, or market access roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and provider structures such as IPAs, MSOs, hospitals.
• Experience with provider contracting and network development.
• Knowledge of risk-based payment models and Knox-Keene Act concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with IPAs, medical groups, MSOs, hospitals and other networks.
• Expand access to specialty pharmacy and infusion services through partnerships.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payor Relations, Finance, Clinical, and Operations for contract implementation.
• Educate provider leadership on services, patient support programs, and clinical capabilities.
• Monitor referral trends and market dynamics; communicate insights to leadership.
