Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Marketing Manager, Pharmaceutical and Payor Relations in Frisco, TX to build compelling marketing assets and campaigns that strengthen manufacturer partnerships and accelerate commercialization.

You will create sales tools, presentations, and content for business development, coordinate thought leadership, and support RFP/RFI processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing or related experience.
• Experience developing presentations, proposals, and customer-facing marketing materials.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing or partnership-focused initiatives.
• Healthcare, pharma, rare disease, or life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturer-facing presentations, capability decks, and partnership marketing materials.
• Support business development efforts through creation of sales tools, executive presentations, and customer-facing content.
• Coordinate thought leadership initiatives that showcase company expertise and capabilities.
• Assist with RFP, RFI, and proposal development activities.
• Execute account-based marketing programs targeting prospective manufacturer partners using HubSpot.
• Manage conferences, events, and trade show marketing activities, including materials and follow-up campaigns.
• Gather and organize market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends to support business development efforts.
• Support partnership launches through coordinated marketing and communication plans.
• Collaborate with business development, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and materials.
• Measure and report on engagement and campaign performance.
