CareSource is seeking a Health Partner Network Manager to execute contracting strategy and develop provisions based on cost, quality, and analytics for the assigned market.

The role oversees contracting for hospitals, physicians, and behavioral health, negotiates terms, loads providers, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years healthcare experience, including one year in managed care provider relations or provider contracting.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute and administer value based reimbursement strategies.
• Conduct annual effectiveness review of contracting strategies and ensure compliance.
• Recruit, contract and manage loading/credentialing processes for providers.
• Audit providers during loading to ensure accuracy.
• Draft contract language and work with legal to develop templates within guardrails.
