Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement or provider contracting.
• Value-based care knowledge required.
• Experience facilitating complex negotiations with provider partners.
• Relationship-building with health plans and community orgs.
• Knowledge of local market provider landscape.
• Self-starter able to develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements.
• Outcomes-focused with tendency to exceed quantifiable goals.
• Experience aligning partners across segmented business to achieve goals.
• Capability to build sales channels and support department goals.
• Must reside in Salt Lake City, UT or Seattle, WA metro area.

Responsibilities

• Recruit primary care practices to join CenterWell IPA Solutions to meet growth targets.
• Partner with CenterWell stakeholders to drive provider partnerships and membership growth.
• Develop MSO/IPA offering understanding and growth strategies.
• Provide insights and reporting to leadership to guide growth projections.
• Collaborate across teams on program design, contracting, and capital deployment.
• Maintain a focus on value-based care and improving patient health outcomes.
