Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and provider networks.
• Experience with provider engagement and network management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support provider engagement, performance and satisfaction initiatives to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as liaison between organization and contracted providers on processes and expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and education for providers.
• Track provider inquiries, escalations and resolutions; follow up on action plans.
• Develop provider communications, materials and tools related to policy updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support provider operations and service delivery.
• Monitor provider data, metrics and trends to drive improvements.
• Assist in audits, compliance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Contribute to workflow and procedure improvements for efficiency.
