Job summary

Independent Living Systems (ILS) seeks a Provider Relations Account Executive (IDD) to build and maintain robust provider networks for IDD services in West Palm Beach.

You will negotiate contracts, monitor performance, address provider inquiries, and collaborate with care management, compliance, and finance to improve service delivery.

The role emphasizes relationship management, regulatory liaison, and ensuring network adequacy to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years provider relations or account management in health care.
• Knowledge of IDD services and regulatory environments.
• Experience with contract management.
• Preferred: IDD networks, Medicaid knowledge, leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IDD service providers to ensure network adequacy and quality.
• Facilitate development, negotiation, and execution of provider contracts.
• Monitor provider performance metrics and implement corrective action as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned providers and liaise with departments to address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate provider interaction records and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with care management, compliance, and finance to support network initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of provider satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
