Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) to build and maintain relationships with primary care clinics, providers and staff within our network. This role collaborates with Operations, Care Management, Quality, Risk Adjustment and Compliance to meet company goals.

The PEM will drive performance, develop strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives while traveling regionally (80–90%).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in diverse managed care organizations and understanding of drivers of performance.
• Proven expertise in Medicare Advantage and value-based care models.
• Clinical operations experience preferred with metric and finanacial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and sustains relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers, and staff.
• Acts as operational dyad partner to care management and drives performance against goals.
• Develops strategy, metrics, and reporting to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Travel regionally (80–90%) to support clinics and meetings.
