Job summary

P3 Health Partners in Roseburg, OR, is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager to establish and grow relationships with affiliated clinics, providers, and staff. The PEM will collaborate with Operations, Care Management, Quality, and Compliance to meet organizational goals and drive performance improvements.

The role requires hospital/IPA experience, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple clinics with a focus on quality, cost, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in health care with an IPA/Medical Group or Health Plan.
• 5+ years in CMS/Medicare Advantage programs such as ACO/DCE.
• Experience in physician practice management or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new tools.
• Public speaking and strong written/verbal communication.
• 5+ years supervising and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with affiliated clinic leadership, providers and staff.
• Evaluate provider/clinic performance and develop strategic improvement plans.
• Drive performance improvements in documentation, HEDIS/Quality and costs.
• Coach and manage assigned team; escalate issues when needed.
• Manage projects and coordinate efforts across regions and clinics.
• Support dashboards, reporting, and operational reviews with leadership.
• Provide education and remote/in-person support to affiliates on the P3 care model and programs.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and other regulatory requirements.
