Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) to build and sustain strategic relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers and staff within our network. This role partners with Operations, Care Management, Quality, Risk Adjustment & Clinical Documentation teams to drive company goals and deliver coordinated care.

The PEM will lead initiatives, monitor performance, develop metrics, present reports to leadership, and coach teams to improve patient outcomes while

Qualifications

Extensive experience in diverse managed care organizations with understanding of performance drivers.
Proven expertise in Medicare Advantage and value-based care models.
Clinical operations experience with metrics and financial understanding is preferred.
Strong customer service mindset and clear communication style.
Professional appearance and delivery of communication with high integrity.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers and staff.
Collaborate with operations, care management, quality and compliance to meet goals.
Develop strategies, monitor performance and drive improvements across clinics.
Create reports and dashboards; present updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Coach teams and ensure effective problem solving and execution.
