Job summary

P3 Health Partners in Roseburg, OR is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) to establish and nurture relationships with affiliated clinics, providers, and staff within the P3 network. You will collaborate with Operations, Care Management, Quality, Risk Adjustment and Compliance to align goals and improve care delivery.

The PEM will lead performance improvement initiatives in documentation, HEDIS/Quality, and cost management, coordinate a project team, and ensure dashboards are updated for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare with IPA/Medical Group, Healthplan, or hospital.
• 5+ years in Medicare Advantage, CMS, and/or CMMI programs.
• Experience in physician practice management, pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and related software tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with affiliated clinic leadership, providers, and staff.
• Evaluate provider/clinic performance and develop strategic plans to drive improvement.
• Drive provider performance in documentation accuracy, HEDIS/Quality, and cost management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate provider issues as needed.
• Update dashboards for reporting and help execute corrective plans.
