Job summary

P3 Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager in Maricopa, AZ.

The PEM builds relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers and staff, and collaborates with care management and operations to coordinate care and meet company goals. This role requires travel 80-90%, a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field, 7+ years in healthcare, CMS/Medicare Advantage experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Health Service or equivalent.
• 7+ years of healthcare industry experience with an IPA/Medical Group, Health Plan, or hospital.
• 5+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, CMS and/or CMMI programs such as ACO or DCE models.
• Willingness to travel within region 80-90% of work time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and able to furnish own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers and staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Care Management, Quality, Risk Adjustment & Clinical Documentation and Compliance teams.
• Develop strategy, executes tactics, and drives performance to achieve company goals.
• Develop metrics and tools to measure progress toward company goals.
• Lead and mentor Shared Services departments and project management team.
• Promote P3 Care Model programs to improve patient outcomes.
