Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with physician compensation and contracting or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support VP in coordinating physician contracting activities across departments and stakeholders.
• Perform fair market value analyses and evaluate compensation models.
• Develop compensation terms for renewals and new hires; model financial impact.
• Produce ad‑hoc compensation reports for senior leadership and manage meeting notes.
