Job summary

Purdue For Life Foundation seeks an Associate Prospect Development Coordinator to provide administrative support and donor data management in a hybrid work setting. You will schedule meetings, process reimbursements, maintain the CRM, and assist with wealth screenings and research requests.

The role requires confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years administrative support or office coordination experience.
• Preferred experience in higher education, fundraising, or nonprofit environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and office management support; meeting scheduling, travel coordination and reimbursements, credit card reconciliation, and processing vendor and subscription payments.
• Coordinate and support meetings and projects; reserving spaces, preparing materials, confirming technical needs, and contributing to draft agendas and planning sessions.
• Oversee document imaging processes; ensuring timely imaging and organization of research documentation.
• Manage and maintain the donor database (CRM); performing accurate data entry, regular audits, and updates from news sources.
• Support team through wealth screenings validations, CRM batch updates, biographical note review, special projects, and general research requests.
• Serve as backup to the manager, prospect development.
