Ford Component Sales, LLC (FCS) is seeking an ESG Buyer to manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure reliable supply for parts and services. You will align purchasing activities with program goals to protect margins and support launches.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing or negotiations and a Bachelor's in business/SCM, with ERP data stewardship experience. On-site role in Dearborn, MI with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs to meet cost targets.
• Manage RFQ process and supplier selections for new programs.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve disputes to protect margins.
• Ensure continuity of supply and accuracy of ERP purchasing data.
