Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years relevant experience; 4+ years in AEC proposal development, pursuit management, marketing, or related.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to lead busy professionals to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value pursuits from capture planning through submission and post-evaluation.
• Develop tailored win themes, value propositions, and client-focused messaging.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and strategy sessions; guide teams to clear decisions.
• Translate technical content into concise narratives for executive summaries and approaches.
• Coordinate schedules, reviews, and compliance; manage multiple pursuits and deadlines.
• Support interview planning, coaching, and post-submittal evaluations.
