Job summary

Gray AES, the professional services arm of Gray, is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate RFP responses across multiple U.S. offices, including Lexington, KY and Louisville, KY. The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills to drive proposals from kickoff through submission.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and developing cost estimates for proposals.
• Ability to review customer requirements within an RFP and ensure proper workflow.
• Prepare content structure and deliverables per internal standards.
• Develop final cost and resource needs with technical teams.
• Support pre-project planning with project management fundamentals.
