Job summary

Gray AES is seeking a Proposal Manager to support multiple offices including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Lexington, and Louisville. The role involves coordinating cost estimates, managing proposals from scope through submission, and leading a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with sales and technical staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant proposals while maintaining strong written and verbal communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in STEM, manufacturing, professional services or related industries.
• 3+ years in standard project management practices including scope, budget, goals, requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop cost estimates and materials for customer RFPs.
• Review customer requirements with cross-functional team; ensure workflow and communications reflect terms.
• Create and communicate deliverables matrix with roles, assignments, and schedules for on-time submission.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposal content structure, and supporting documents per internal standards.
