Gray AES is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in Lexington, KY. The role leads multi-discipline project planning and execution from proposal through commissioning.

The successful candidate will drive scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating across engineering, automation, and construction teams in a fast-paced environment. We value extensive design-build experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships and change effectively.

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, schedule and risk in a design-build environment.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, automation, procurement and construction teams.
