Qualifications

• 5+ years in STEM, manufacturing, or related industries.
• 3+ years in standard project management practices, including scope, budget, goals, technical requirements.
• Knowledge of proposals, project budgeting, sales-to-execution hand-off, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the coordination and development of all cost estimates and materials for an RFP.
• Manages cross-functional team to review customer requirements within an RFP and contract terms.
• Creates and communicates deliverables matrix with roles, responsibilities, and schedules.
• Prepares cost estimating spreadsheets and proposal content structure per internal standards.
• Develops final cost and resource needs with Technical Business Unit input.
• Supports pre-project planning with strong project management fundamentals.
• Monitors performance issues and escalates as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and promotes ethical behavior and accountability.
