Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Commercial Proposals Business Partner to lead end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a focus on scalable, compliant response models. You will design a centralized content library and coordinate across Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with experience in complex tender handling.
• 5-7 years leading complex cross-functional proposal processes.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or public tender environments preferred.
• Proficiency with proposal content libraries, governance, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams with clear timelines and ownership.
