Job summary

Haemonetics Corp. is seeking a Commercial Proposals Business Partner to lead end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a focus on scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled processes.

You will manage complex responses, design a centralized proposal content library, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales to streamline governance and improve cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years leading complex cross-functional processes, proposal operations, or commercial operations.
• Healthcare, medical device, life sciences, GPO, IDN, health system, or public tender experience preferred.
• 3–5 years designing or administering proposal content libraries, knowledge repositories, or workflow tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for commercial proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with intake, planning, content development, approvals, submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams with clear timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Maintain a centralized proposal content library with governance, version control, and regulatory/brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Product, Finance, Pricing and Sales to review language and supporting documentation.
