ARKA Group L.P. is seeking an IT Manager, Business Systems to lead a small IT team and partner with site stakeholders in King of Prussia, PA. You will drive the day‑to‑day operation of IT systems, migrations, and security while aligning with ARKA’s IT strategy.

The role requires hands‑on management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering technical solutions in a dynamic environment, including working on classified systems. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on system and/or network administration and/or business application development/maintenance.
• 0-3 years of leadership experience, including project or indirect leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to a local IT team across classified and unclassified environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT managers to drive technical initiatives aligned to ARKA’s objectives.
• Identify enhancements and gaps in technical solutions and drive improvements.
• Oversee local IT projects ensuring planning, staffing, monitoring and reporting are effective.
• Prioritize a large, changing workload while maintaining flexibility.
• Mentor and develop team members with varying levels of expertise.
