Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; at least 5 years in proposal development, capture support, or related field.
• Proven track record of winning proposals for commercial or government solicitations.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development from pre- to post-submission.
• Analyze RFIs/RFPs for requirements, schedules, and formatting.
• Coordinate with capture managers to build schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Present at Executive Gate Reviews for bid/no-bid decisions and approvals.
• Organize resources for proposal reviews, editing, graphics, and desktop publishing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to support proposals.
• Facilitate reviews, track reviewer comments, and drive lessons learned.
