TerraPower in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Associate to drive its commercial development initiatives. You will work across finance and business development to forecast capital expenditures, identify revenue opportunities, and guide fundraising efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in investment banking, corporate fundraising, project finance, venture capital or private equity.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience with large infrastructure or project finance or fundraising for advanced technologies.
• Technically adept with internal collaboration across reactor programs and project managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative background for analytical and scenario planning.

Aufgaben

• Support capital raise efforts with financial modeling, commercial strategy and due diligence.
• Support project financing for nuclear projects and medical isotope facilities.
• Prepare and lead presentations on project structuring with TerraPower's strategy.
• Manage internal and external fundraising efforts under CFO and VP leadership.
• Support corporate strategy to identify TerraPower target markets.
• Collaborate with reactor and medical isotopes divisions on capital needs and market dynamics.
• Concisely communicate findings to senior leadership and external partners.
• Lead small teams and build cross-functional alignment around risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams on fundraising campaigns.
• Adhere to TerraPower guiding principles in all cross-functional work.
