Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Proposal Consultant to lead estimation, proposal development, and approval processes for manufacturing customers. You will translate customer scope into structured proposals, partnering with Application Consultants and multiple delivery teams to validate technical and commercial details.

You will leverage Rockwell's solution capabilities, engage stakeholders, and drive content, estimates, and costing to align with project scope and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
Ability to travel up to 10% to U.S. customer sites.

Responsibilities

Develop estimates and proposals for Process Solutions using Rockwell tools.
Assess opportunities, contribute to win strategy, and articulate value.
Negotiate pricing and terms within delegated authority.
Ensure compliance with corporate, government, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Proposal Consultants, Application Consultants, Sales, Distributors, and Legal teams.
Obtain necessary approvals including PARB and other executives.
