Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Proposal Consultant, Government, to lead estimation, proposal development, and approvals for government customers. You will translate customer scope into structured proposals, collaborating with delivery teams to validate technical and commercial details.

In this highlyVisible role, you will drive compliant, compelling proposals, partnering with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with Rockwell’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Active U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for proposal-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proposal compliance with DOA and company policies.
• Assess opportunities and support win strategy activities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within authority.
• Coordinate with legal teams and customers as needed.
• Maintain proposal tools and data quality for forecasting.
• Pursue continuous improvement through training and feedback.
