Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Proposal Consultant for Government work to develop compliant proposals that align with strategic and financial goals. You will partner with Application Consultants and delivery teams to translate customer scope into structured packages, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.

Responsibilities include leading or supporting proposal efforts, risk reviews, and managing approvals; travel up to 10% to customer sites across the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience creating government proposals and pricing.
• Knowledge of proposal processes, compliance, and DOA policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proposal compliance with DOA and policies while applying commercial, technical, and creative skills to drive growth in government markets.
• Assess opportunities, contribute to Win Strategy, and articulate value and business models in proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within delegated authority using cost, value, and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and delivery teams to align content, estimates, and scope.
