Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal/Marketing Pursuits Manager to lead the firm’s most complex proposals across multiple offices. You will guide a team to develop high-quality submissions, coordinate strategy, and ensure compliance with branding.

The role requires 10+ years of proposal development in A/E/C, proficiency with Deltek Vision and MS Office, and is on-site with travel to centers outside Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Journalism or related degree.
• 10+ years of proposal development experience in A/E/C industry.
• 10+ years developing/submitting proposals to state agencies (e.g., DOT).
• Willingness to travel at least 15% to centers outside Florida; strong CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality architecture/engineering proposals, qualifications, and presentations for top pursuits.
• Coordinate winning shortlist presentations and coach teams through rehearsals.
• Advise coordinators in proposal development and qualification documents.
• Attend strategic kickoff meetings and gather information for proposals and qualifications.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of proposal deliverables and maintain brand standards.
• Mentor and train proposal coordinators; share best practices across teams.
