Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience developing and coordinating proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to rework technical content for a wider audience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality A/E proposals and presentations for complex proposal pursuits.
• Advise proposal coordinators on key pursuits to prepare high-quality proposals.
• Attend strategic kickoff meetings and compile necessary information.
• Communicate with executives and technical staff.
• Manage proposal team assignments and workload distribution.
