Lerch Bates is seeking a Multidiscipline Proposal Coordinator to support our Architectural Design team from our Highlands Ranch, CO or The Colony, TX offices. The role focuses on creating high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials while coordinating deadlines and cross-functional input.

• Experience creating professional proposals, qualifications, and client presentations.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and business writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses across service lines.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize proposals and client presentations.
• Develop proposal content using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and InDesign.
• Manage proposal schedules and track opportunities in Deltek.
• Create visually compelling marketing collateral and project materials.
