Pharmaron in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Proposal Analyst to support budget development and pricing strategies for clinical study proposals. This on-site role partners with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to ensure financially sound proposals aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate budgets, pricing, and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Support proposal development from RFP to submission, ensuring timelines and compliance.
- Review RFIs, study protocols, and bids to support budgets and pricing.
- Develop and maintain study budgets, billing schedules, and pricing models.
- Conduct pricing analyses using assumptions, data, and resources.
- Prepare contract documentation (CDAs, MSAs, CTAs, change orders).
- Quality review of budgets, calculations, and payment schedules before release.
- Track project scope changes and assist with client/vendor change orders.
- Identify inconsistencies and elevate issues to the team.
