Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking talented Proposal & Capture Managers to join our rapidly growing on-site team in Washington, DC. You will provide essential project management and content generation skills, navigate a hyper-growth environment, and craft materials informing customers’ market research and acquisition strategies.

You’ll write technical narratives, build pricing strategies with internal stakeholders, and collaborate across growth, legal, finance, and engineering to close deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel for cost analysis.
• Significant experience with government acquisitions processes.
• Ability to build processes where none exist and collaborate across functions.
• Clear articulation, stakeholder relationship building, and cross-disciplinary work.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts to win government business with compelling narratives.
• Become a strong subject matter expert in the businessline portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders to pursue opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Manage and write responses to RFIs, quotes, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain strategic pricing across products and lines.
• Own the proposal process with focus on continuous improvement.
• Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately present tech to customers.
• Monitor and flag opportunities to internal stakeholders.
