Anduril Industries seeks talented Proposal & Capture Managers to join our on-site team. You will be at the heart of Anduril’s growth engine, providing essential project management and content generation skills.

You will craft compelling materials to inform our customers’ market research and acquisition strategies, write technical narratives on cutting-edge capabilities, build and implement pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills to generate large documents on tight timelines.
• Significant experience with government acquisitions processes.
• Ability to develop and implement pricing strategies across products.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, program management, and finance.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills to model costs and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts to win government contracts and build compelling narratives.
• Become a subject matter expert in Anduril’s business line portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pursue opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies.
• Manage and write responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other documents.
• Develop and maintain strategic pricing across products and lines.
• Own the proposal process and drive continuous improvements.
• Curate content libraries of prose, briefs, and graphics for reuse.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent technology to customers.
• Monitor opportunities and alert internal stakeholders.
