Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials in Carson, CA seeks a Proposal Writer to join our Bid team, developing and rewriting persuasive content across complex bid responses and building the proposal templates and content library. You will lead end-to-end bid responses, collaborate with Sales, Creative and Leadership, and help shape formats, voice and visual standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar role (required).
• Experience with RFP/RFQ response and reusable content libraries is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rewrite persuasive content across complex bid responses.
• Build and maintain proposal templates and content library.
• Lead end-to-end bid responses from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative and Leadership to align responses.
