Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in proposals, strong writing and design skills (InDesign/PowerPoint), and comfort using AI tools; we value collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years in a proposal development role.
• Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or professional consulting is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
• Skilled in InDesign and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proposal development and management from start to finish with timelines.
• Research and content creation for proposals and award submissions.
• Graphic design to simplify complex ideas.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for interviews and conferences.
• CRM database maintenance in collaboration with Marketing.
• Provide general administrative and business development support.
• Collaborate on AI applications to improve quality and efficiency.
