We’re seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team in Concord, NH, open to Portsmouth and Portland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years in proposal development or related role.
• Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or professional consulting is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in InDesign and PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development and Management: create compelling, compliant proposals and manage the process from start to finish.
• Research and Content Creation: write, edit, design, and produce proposals and qualification packages.
• Graphic Design: develop visually appealing graphics to convey complex ideas.
• Presentation Development: create PowerPoint presentations for interviews, public meetings, and conferences.
• Database Management: maintain and update the CRM database with proposal opportunities.
• General Support: assist with administrative and business development tasks as needed.
• AI Utilization: collaborate on implementing AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
