Job summary

KPI Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to support proposal development and transition to execution across manufacturing and EPC projects. You will partner with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to build realistic schedules and assess risks.

The role requires strong CPM, MS Project/Primavera P6 skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Missouri locale; benefits and career growth provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project scheduling or project controls.
• Experience supporting proposals, bids, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency with CPM, WBS understanding, and resource loading.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed proposal and execution schedules.
• Analyze schedules for risk, critical path, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain schedule templates and PMO standards.
• Support handoff from sales to project execution.
