Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Proposal Management – Advanced Programs to drive capture and proposal strategy for SAP pursuits, DoD programs, and sensitive information. The role leads a matrixed team and partners with Capture and Engineering to deliver winning, compliant proposals under tight timelines.

You will manage budgets, coordinate proposal activities, and ensure readiness, color reviews, and BAFOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years with graduate degree.
• Experience leading proposal teams and managing complex capture efforts.
• Strong familiarity with DoD/Federal acquisition processes.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Proposal management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, secure, and manage proposal budgets and resources.
• Lead proposal team and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Prepare Proposal Plan and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct color reviews and ensure compliance with solicitations.
• Deliver high-quality, winning proposals within deadlines.
