Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ government contracting or proposal development experience.
• Minimum 4 years independently managing government contracting or proposal activities.
• Minimum 4 years Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of proposal documents, ensuring structure and compliance.
• Collaborate with Graphics for visual elements in proposals.
• Manage proposal efforts in line with standards and compliance.
• Interpret RFP/RFI/BAA instructions to resolve ambiguities.
• Maintain consistency in styles across proposal volumes.
• Manage document version control and archives.
• Prioritize workload across multiple concurrent proposals.
• Represent Proposal Center in final checks and production.
• Provide guidance on proposal requirements to cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Travel as required.
