Job summary

Barnard Construction Company, Inc. in Bozeman, Montana, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our bidding teams across heavy civil and renewables projects.

You will lead proposal deliverables, coordinate content with partners, and ensure compliance with RFP requirements to win work. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications and at least 3 years in proposal management, with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications.
• 3+ years of proposal management experience preferred.
• Experience in construction/engineering/architecture is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for proposal deliverables including prequalifications, proposals and presentations.
• Establishes document management and file-sharing for proposal teams.
• Coordinates content with teaming partners and subcontractors as needed.
• Reviews RFP requirements and coordinates a professional, thorough proposal.
• Develops content for key sections and creates appropriate graphics.
• Leads proposal process and milestone reviews to create win strategies.
