Job summary

You will craft responses, develop graphics, and ensure compliance with RFP requirements, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of proposal management experience preferred.
• Experience in construction/engineering/architecture a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns proposal deliverables (prequalifications, proposals, presentations) and assigns tasks to team members.
• Sets up pre-production document management and file-sharing for proposal teams.
• Coordinates content collection with teaming partners and subcontractors.
• Reviews RFP requirements and coordinates a thorough proposal independently.
• Assists in developing content and graphics for key sections.
• Leads proposal process with milestones and workshops to shape win strategies.
• Works with the Technical Editor to ensure clear messaging and compliance with RFPs.
• Implements standard pursuit methods and participates in lessons learned.
