The role requires leadership, strategic writing, and coordination with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Marketing to produce persuasive, compliant proposals that meet client requirements and win themes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development team and ensure timely, high-quality proposals.
• Coordinate workload and deadlines; balance capacity and priorities.
• Provide hands-on guidance to resolve delivery challenges and maintain quality.
• Oversee end-to-end proposal development from kickoff to submission.
• Coach writers on translating complex information into client-focused messaging.
• Ensure adherence to proposal processes, templates, and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, Risk, Marketing and SMEs.
