U.S. Bank is seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage end-to-end RFP/RFI processes, from intake to final submission. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Pricing, SMEs, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to deliver compelling client-facing proposals.

You will translate complex business and technical information into persuasive narratives, ensure consistent branding, and drive on-time delivery while improving win rates through strong content reuse and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, proposal writing, sales support, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional RFP and proposal efforts.
• Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned RFPs, RFIs, and proposal opportunities from intake through final submission.
• Develop and manage proposal project plans, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and establish clear roles, response schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, elevate issues, and drive timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to proposal governance, quality standards, and approval processes.
• Draft, edit, and tailor proposal responses to align with client requirements and win themes.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear client-focused narratives.
• Maintain messaging consistency across all proposal deliverables.
• Coordinate contributions from Sales, Product, Pricing, SMEs, Legal, Risk, Operations, Marketing.
• Lead finalist presentation development and coordination, ensuring alignment with written responses.
